Arantxa Ramirez Cisneros, MD

Arantxa graduated from the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico. She is currently an Internal Medicine resident at Tulane University and collaborator with the Mantzoros lab. She is working on projects related to etiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of metabolic diseases, including obesity, MAFLD/MASH, and diabetes. Outside of medicine, Arantxa enjoys exploring Boston, attending Red Sox games, and watching Formula 1 races.
