Preethi Veeragandham

Preethi is a medical student at the Boston University School of Medicine. Prior to beginning medical school, she graduated with a degree in biology from the University of California San Diego and worked as a research assistant in endocrinology. Her current research interests include the prevention and treatment of obesity, metabolic dysfunction, and cardiometabolic diseases. Outside of school and research, Preethi enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
