Joseph El Bachour, MD, MEng

Joseph El Bachour, M.D., M.Eng., is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Anesthesia Research Excellence (CARE) within the Department of Anesthesia at BIDMC-Harvard Medical School. He received his M.D. from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as a Fulbright Scholar, with additional training in clinical research and life sciences entrepreneurship. His research interests span critical care and perioperative outcomes, with a focus on the intersection of clinical medicine and applied engineering approaches to improve patient care and outcomes
