Victoria Weden

Victoria earned her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare from Bentley University and brings more than eight years of clinical research experience at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Throughout her career, she has supported a diverse portfolio of oncology clinical trials across both solid tumor and hematologic malignancy programs, with expertise spanning study start-up, trial operations, and program management. As a Senior Research Program Manager within the FIRST Program, Victoria collaborates with investigators and multidisciplinary teams to support the development, implementation, and successful conduct of surgical oncology research studies. She is excited to contribute to the continued growth of the FIRST Program and help advance innovative surgical research that improves patient care and outcomes.
