The Immunostaining and Microscopy Core performs immunostaining of paraffin or frozen tissue sections and provides equipment, training, and service work for microscopy and image processing.
This includes training, mentoring, and technical assistance on upright and live-cell confocal systems, fluorescence and bright-field microscopy, and digital image acquisition and processing software. Access, training, and service is also available on advanced, cutting-edge microscopy instrumentation through the Harvard Center for Biological Imaging in Cambridge. Independent or assisted use of microscopy instrumentation, use of image analysis software, and technical consultation services for experimental design are also available. All services offered through our core are fee-for-service.
