We Are the Harvard Area's First and Only Multi-Omics Mass Spectrometry Facility, Specializing in a Multi-Omics Proteomics, Metabolomics & Lipidomics Approach.
Please site us as: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center - BIDMC Mass Spectrometry Core, RRID:SCR_017735
The mass spectrometry, proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics core facility at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center was established in 2004 led by Dr. John Asara. We provide world class proteomics, metabolomics and lipidomics services with low prices and fast turnaround times. We have cutting edge instruments operated at optimal sensitivity and work and publish with world class researchers. Our expertise is in identifying and quantifying protein post-translational modifications and dynamic protein-protein interactions in addition to polar metabolomics profiling, 13C/15N metabolic flux analysis and lipidomics profiling and global lipid 13C flux analyses. We accept collaborations from anywhere in the world and look forward to helping you and progressing your research to the next level.
