Rebecca Luckett, MD, PhD, MPH
Rebecca Luckett MD PhD MPH is an Obstetrician Gynecologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and University of Botswana. She is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Botswana.
She completed her Medical Degree and Masters in Public Health at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and pursued her residency at Massachusetts General Brigham. She completed her PhD at Stellenbosch University, South Africa.
Through collaborative partnership, she has worked to strengthen medical education in Botswana, serving as the founding residency program director for the first Master of Medicine residency program at the University of Botswana. Her research focuses on the intersection of cervical cancer, human papillomavirus and HIV, with particular interest in program implementation and advanced laboratory triage strategies.
