Our Research
Our team is committed to advancing the understanding and treatment of serious psychiatric conditions, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. We focus on how different brain circuits function and how disruptions in these networks may contribute to the symptoms individuals experience. Through the use of noninvasive methods such as neuroimaging and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), we collaborate with research partners to examine how targeted changes in brain activity relate to changes in behavior and symptoms. By clarifying these circuit–symptom relationships, our work aims to support the development of more precise, effective interventions that ultimately improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
