Under the leadership of Gyongyi Szabo, MD, PhD, Chief Academic Officer, BIDMC’s robust research and teaching programs support a broad range of basic, translational, and clinical research priorities. The Institutional Strategic Plan for Innovation, Research, and Education (InSPIRE BIDMC) launched in 2021 explores new opportunities and builds partnerships to serve the academic community; enhances the depth of translational and clinical sciences; supports faculty development; and broadens educational opportunities.
