After enrolling, what happens in the study?

If you are eligible and agree to participate we will:

  • Randomize you to receive an embryo(s) transfer on Day 3 or Day 5, which means you would be assigned to a group (at random) to transfer your embryo(s) on Day 3 OR Day 5
In this study, the only difference is the randomization of the day of transfer. All other procedures are a part of regular IVF care.
  • Our Study Team will work with your Clinical Team to let them know which group you have been randomized to
  • Follow you throughout your pregnancy
  • We will collect information (via email) about you, your pregnancy, and your IVF experience
  • Our study team may contact you, during participation, to ask clarifying questions regarding your medical history
  • You will be compensated and receive $1,000 for your time and effort if you agree and complete the study

Joining is completely up to you. If you choose not to participate or decide to stop at any time, it will not affect your care in any way.
