Birgitt Peeters, MS

Birgitt is a visiting student from KU Leuven, where she is working towards a Ph.D. under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Ir. Lennart Scheys. Her project is focused on developing automated methods for image analysis and model creating to enable clinical biomechanical analysis of patients with adult spinal deformity.

 

 

Megan Goh, BS

Megan received her B.S. in biomedical engineering and is currently a medical student at Harvard Medical School. She has worked on a project pertaining to the biomechanical characterization of costochondral cartilage, and is now examining properties of trunk muscle in patients with spine metastases and healthy controls.

 

 

Josephine Taylor

Josephine is a co-op student pursuing a B.S. on Bioengineering at Northeastern University, and currently working in the lab on developing machine-learning-based video approaches for evaluation of spine motion with OpenCap
