We are excited to share that our latest study has been published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (IJMS) and, even more gratifying, was selected as the cover article for this issue.
This publication represents an important milestone for our laboratory. While our team has long focused on stem cell engineering and organoid technologies for liver and gastrointestinal diseases, over the past two years we have significantly expanded our research portfolio into the field of brain organoids. This achievement would not have been possible without the outstanding work and dedication of Dr. Hamid Abdolmaleky, whose expertise has been instrumental in establishing and advancing this new research direction within our team.
The cover recognition is a testament to the collaborative efforts of all co-authors, trainees, and collaborators who contributed to this work. It also reflects our commitment to leveraging organoid technologies to better understand human disease and accelerate the development of innovative therapies.
