Positions

Postdoctoral Fellow:  We are seeking highly motivated postdocs to lead independent projects spanning wet-lab experiments and computational analysis. Applicants should have:

  • A PhD in genomics, epigenetics, molecular biology, cancer biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field.
  • Strong record of scientific productivity and the ability to drive a project independently.
  • Experience with long-read sequencing or epigenomic analysis is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in a scripting language (Python/R) and comfort with command-line/HPC environments is a plus.

Graduate Students: We welcome prospective and rotation students interested in cancer biology, long-read sequencing methods or computational genomics. Students will develop an independent thesis project with mentorship spanning experimental and computational approaches. Applicants should first apply through the graduate program at Harvard or another nearby institution, and are encouraged to contact PI directly.

Undergraduate Students: We offer research opportunities for local undergraduate students who have prior research experience and are interested in completing a thesis-level project. Students will also receive mentorship and support when applying to PhD programs and may have the opportunity to transition into a Research Assistant position.
