The Department of Psychiatry at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is inviting women ages 40-55 who are experiencing symptoms of brain fog to participate in the MACY Study. The purpose of this study is to better understand the role that hormones, menopause-related symptoms, and metabolic factors may play in brain fog in women. To do this, we are recruiting women who are in the transition phase leading up to menopause and who are experiencing brain fog as study volunteers. From start to finish, it takes about 10 weeks to complete the study, which includes 4 visits, 3 on site and 1 over zoom alongside assessments that are completed remotely. You will be compensated up to $1,000 for completing the entire study.
