Arthi Ramakrishnan
Arthi Ramakrishnan serves as the Director of Research Operations for the Women’s Health and Reproductive Research (onWHARD) Collaborative, led by Dr. Marsh within the Dept of Ob/Gyn at University of Michigan. Arthi plays a pivotal leadership role in guiding and overseeing research administration, strategy, and daily operations for the program. Arthi holds undergraduate degrees in Microbiology and Nutrition/Dietetics and Master’s in Clinical Research Administration. As a certified Clinical Research Professional, she brings her nearly 2 decades of experience and exceptional expertise in managing complex, multi-site research initiatives including from Emergency Medicine research—skillfully steering the many moving parts that make up multiple large grants and supporting the collaborative’s cross-disciplinary projects.
Before joining onWHARD, Arthi’s role included work as Sr. Project Manager for the Cancer Quality Improvement Consortium and as Site Manager for the Neurological Emergencies Treatment Trials (NETT) Network. Her deep experience in research operations and project management is matched by her passion for advancing equitable, community-guided, and actionable research. Arthi is excited to channel this dedication across onWHARD’s growing portfolio of women’s health and reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) studies—helping drive its determined goals and championing impactful research that serves many communities.
