Favorite part about working with BIDMC Anesthesia Residents?
Watching people grow through the process. As an example, when Dillon Schafer came to give grand rounds this past year, I couldn't help reflecting on having him during his tutor weeks at the start of his CA-1 year. This is. agreat feeling. Teaching also forces yourself to gain mastery of a topic in a way that you otherwise likely would not, which I appreciate a lot in my role.
