Postdoctoral Research Fellows

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at BIDMC and Harvard Medical School. My research centers on neuroinflammation and immune signaling in Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative and metabolic disorders, with a focus on glial and neuronal responses to pathological proteins such as amyloid-β and tau, as well as the role of microRNAs in regulating inflammatory pathways. I previously studied inflammation, cellular senescence, and glial activation in the context of HIV-associated neurocognitive disorders during my doctoral training. In my current role, I investigate liver–brain and immune–brain communication in neurodegenerative disease and metabolic disorders, including alcohol-associated liver disease.
