This March, members of the Cardiovascular Imaging Section traveled to Chicago to present their research at the American College of Cardiology Conference 2025.
Christy Zheng, research student, presented her work assessing technical changes to an algorithm to detect heart failure with preserved ejection fraction using echo during a moderated poster session. She also presented her work comparing cardiac and chronological age with a poster presentation.
Dr. Nickolas Spetko, research fellow, presented his work investigating the association of right ventricular outflow tract acceleration time and risk of mortality during a moderated poster presentation.
Dr. Jordan Strom flexed his knowledge and research expertise during his panel session “Putting the IQ into Artificial Intelligence For Cardiac Imaging.”
