Mark Zeidel, Hanneke Verstegen, Chenxi Qiu and Nami Kim were invited to travel to Seoul, South Korea to present their research at the "International Joint Symposium of Harvard BIDMC-KUCM MRC”. Hosted by Professor Hyeon Soo Kim, Professor of the Department of Anatomy and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Korea University College of Medicine, scientists from the Zeidel lab and the Center for Myokine Convergence Research, presented data in a one day symposium. This symposium provided a platform for an exchange of ideas, presentation of latest results and an exploration of opportunities for joint research collaborations. The Zeidel lab would like to thank their generous hosts for the hospitality and the opportunity to advance international scientific cooperation.
