REDCap Servers

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) maintains several different REDCap servers.  Accounts on each server operate independently of each other.  Therefore, you may be suspended from one server due to inactivity, but still active on another.

  • eData: The majority of REDCap projects reside on eData, which holds research, operational (administrative) and quality improvement/quality assurance projects.
  • eConsent: The eConsent server runs a custom application for electronic consents that rests upon a REDCap framework.  It is a validated 21 Part 11 eConsent solution.
  • Validated Research: A validated 21 Part 11 server, this hosts only research projects that require compliance with FDA guidelines for electronic records and signatures.
  • QI: This is a legacy server that holds older QI/QA projects.  It is being phased out of service.

Please log in to the BILH REDCap Portal page for links to the REDCap servers and to common REDCap request forms.
