Training the next generation of healthcare workers and researchers is a critical component of BIDMC's strategic plan and operations. BIDMC is a hub for groundbreaking basic and translational research, and students are vital to supporting and growing this research. As part of the Office of BIDMC's Chief Academic Officer, we are dedicated to supporting students conducting research experiences at BIDMC, as well as the Departments and Principal Investigators that host them.
Our Team is dedicated to ensuring that all research students, Principal Investigators, and staff have an excellent experience and are able to take advantage of all that BIDMC has to offer!
The OSEE also supports recruitment and onboarding operations, and proactively builds and maintains partnerships with institutions and internship programs to facilitate connections.
