OSEE staff are a resource for Departments and Research Labs across BIDMC
The OSEE is a resource for all Departments and Research Labs at BIDMC. We want to ensure that you’re receiving the support you need to find and host students in your research labs. We are available to support you from recruitment throughout the student experience.
Services include:
- Research student recruitment and hiring- connecting Departments and Research Labs to qualified students through partnerships with institutions and programs, and centralized information on student requests
- Consultant on best practices for developing student roles and research programs
- Point of contact for Department/Lab throughout the student experience
- Availability to develop resources and pilot workshops as needed for students, based on feedback from Department/Lab
