Dr. Malika Boudries

Malika Boudries, PhD, is an Instructor in Medicine, HMS, and Center for Virology and Vaccine Research (CVVR). Dr. Boudries has broad expertise in computational and systems biology and machine learning. Her research focuses on developing computational methods for biomarkers discovery and immune correlates of vaccines protection. She is actively involved in mentoring students in Bioinformatics and is a core member of the CVVR seminar series and the CVVR Young Investigator Committee (YIC).
