Research Development
Since becoming Chief of the Division of Movement Disorders at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) as well as Director of the Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence at BIDMC, Dr. Simon has been heavily involved in clinical studies and laboratory research to test potential strategies to slow or stop the progression of Parkinson’s disease. By recruiting enthusiastic scientists to lead novel investigations, the Simon lab continues the battle against neurodegenerative diseases.
