My research focuses on molecular signing and cellular mechanisms of inflammation and innate immune activation in liver diseases. As a physician scientist, my interest in to understand mechanisms leading to alcohol-associated and non-alcoholic liver disease and to translate our discoveries to potential new treatment options for patients with liver disease.
