Matt Tsai, MD

Dr. Matt Tsai is the Inpatient Chief Medical Resident for the Tullis Firm. He was born and raised in Southern California, and spent his undergraduate years at the University of California, Irvine where he studied Biological Sciences while indulging in artisanal boba and Asian cuisine. He then matriculated to the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont for medical school, where he discovered the luxury of Ben & Jerry's and Vermont's beautiful, natural landscape. He went on to complete internal medicine residency at BIDMC. Prior to starting his chief year, Matt joined the Division of Hospital Medicine at BIDMC as an academic hospitalist and Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Outside the hospital, you can find him either exploring Boston's lively dining scene or hitting weights at the gym.
