Dr. Ria Roberts is a board-certified Internist and Geriatrician dedicated to health equity, medical education, and the care of older adults. Originally from St. Vincent and the Grenadines, she completed her medical degree at The George Washington University, where she published research on Vitamin D in Black individuals and received top honors for medical student research. She trained in Internal Medicine-Primary Care at Yale, earning a Clinician Educator Distinction and recognition as a Young Physician Leader. She later completed a geriatrics fellowship at Harvard, co-authoring a chapter in Hazzard’s Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Roberts currently holds academic roles at Harvard and Tufts and leads engagement and trainee support efforts at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. In 2024, she was named Community Clinician of the Year by the Massachusetts Medical Society-Essex North District.
