Julia Gonnello

Hello! My name is Julia Gonnello, and I am a senior undergraduate student at Northeastern University working towards a bachelors in Bioengineering and Biochemistry on the pre-medical track. I am working on multiple projects in the Bouxsein Lab including investigating fracture risk in type 1 diabetics and assisting with musculoskeletal modeling. In the lab, I enjoy connecting my experience caring for patients with diabetes and fractures to my work exploring the musculoskeletal system. In my spare time, I enjoy painting, weightlifting, and baking sourdough.
