Elizabeth Tillotson

Elizabeth Tillotson, NP-C is a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Manager in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, specializing in breast reconstruction, lymphatic surgery and comprehensive postoperative care. Her clinical practice supports a high-volume reconstructive service with a focus on patients undergoing breast reconstruction and surgical management of lymphedema. Elizabeth’s scholarly work centers on improving symptom assessment, patient education, and adherence to conservative therapies for breast lymphedema, with a particular interest in integrating imaging modalities such as ICG lymphography into routine care pathways. She will complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in January 2026. Through her clinical leadership and research efforts, Elizabeth is committed to advancing outcomes, expanding evidence-based approaches, and enhancing quality of life for patients with lymphatic disorders.
