Gabriel Odozynski, MD

Dr. Gabriel Odozynski is a cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist from Florianópolis, Brazil. He received his medical degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and completed advanced training in Cardiac Electrophysiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Medical School–affiliated teaching hospital in Boston, USA.

His clinical practice is dedicated to the management of cardiac arrhythmias, with a particular focus on atrial fibrillation, catheter ablation, and the implantation and extraction of cardiac implantable electronic devices. His research interests include invasive cardiac electrophysiology, cardiac physiologic pacing, atrial fibrillation, and emerging technologies for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. He has authored and co-authored studies presented at international scientific meetings and published in peer-reviewed journals.

He is currently a member of the medical staff at Clínica Ritmo and Hospital SOS Cárdio in Florianópolis, Brazil, where he combines clinical practice, research, and education, with a strong emphasis on translating the best available scientific evidence into patient care.
