As many of you may know, the website for the Consortium for Functional Glycomics (CFG) became dysfunctional last year. This is mainly because the codebase was outdated and no longer compatible with modern infrastructure. We are making efforts to restore the website using multiple strategies.
We are happy to announce that the Glycan Array Data of the archival CFG website (which has the majority of the data between the years 2004 to 2021) is now restored and available online from the National Center for Functional Glycomics (NCFG) at https://functionalglycomics.org. Data at that site can now be searched and filtered by investigator name, glycan-binding protein class, e.g., plant lectin, antibody, sera, C-type lectin, etc., as well as CFG number, sample name, and array version. Old links to specific glycan array data should still be functional. If you run into any issues, please contact us using the form located at: https://research.bidmc.org/ncfg/contact-us.
We are continuing to explore the possibility of restoring the rest of the archival CFG website alongside this newer website and are hoping to address that in a future announcement.
