The following page contains the list of commercial lectins tested by the NCFG.
Notes:
- Click on the links to go to the specific pages for the data. On each page you will find data for various lots and for various forms of the lectin (e.g. Fluoresceinated or Biotinylated etc.).
- On CFG slides, lectins were tested at 10 and 1 μg/ml. To QC CFG slides, single lectins or a combination of several lectins can be used to ensure that signals and binding patterns are matching previous assays, as binding patterns are known and publicly available.
On QA/QC slides, lectins were tested at 10 μg/ml and if additional concentrations were tested, they are noted in the data files. - Data files - on each page you will find:
CFG = data from the CFG array in excel files
QAQC = data from the NCFG QA/QC array that has ≥1 positive glycan plus negative controls in excel files
