Abstract Submissions for E-Poster Sessions are now Invited for the
2026 BIDMC Research Retreat!

Please carefully review and provide all the information in the form. This form must only be filled out by the “Presenter” of Poster.
BIDMC and other BILH-affiliated research investigators are invited to submit abstracts for E-Poster presentations highlighting research in basic, translational, clinical, healthcare services, or related thematic areas. Both the presenting author and the senior author (PI) must hold a primary appointment at BIDMC or a BILH-affiliated institution. Junior investigators, including postdoctoral fellows and students, are strongly encouraged to serve as presenting authors.
Abstract submissions will open on May 10, 2026, and will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with priority given to early submissions. The submission deadline is 5:00 pm on Monday, June 22, 2026 (no extensions will be granted). Presenters will be notified of acceptance by July 15, 2026.
Presenters must be able to attend in person and present their E‑Poster for the full assigned 60‑minute poster session. Each presenter can only submit one poster, must be a member of BIDMC or BILH affiliate, and will receive a Certificate of Participation. Individuals selected to present will be automatically registered for the retreat.
For confidentiality / Intellectual property concerns, please ensure to check with the BIDMC’s Technology Ventures Office (TVO), prior to submitting the abstracts.

- Download the Abstract Template (Word format) using the following link: https://research.bidmc.harvard.edu/ost/portaldocs/RR2026Abstract.docx
- Complete the template and save the document in PDF format.
- Name the file RR2026Abstract and upload it as PDF file. (Note: Do not include your name in the file name; the system will automatically add it upon submission).
Once submitted, all information will be locked and used for display on the Retreat website’s Poster Directory.
