Kipp Weiskopf, MD, PhD, is Head of Antibody Therapeutics and Biologics at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center's Cancer Research Institute. He leads an independent research laboratory that studies macrophages in the tumor microenvironment. The lab also pursues a multipronged immunoengineering effort to create novel antibodies, bispecific agents, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to benefit patients with cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Dr. Weiskopf earned his medical and graduate degrees at Stanford University. As a member of Dr. Irving Weissman's laboratory, he helped define the CD47/SIRPa interaction as an immune checkpoint that regulates macrophage phagocytosis. He established his laboratory as a Valhalla Fellow at Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research. Dr. Weiskopf is an inventor on over 30 U.S. patents and applications pertaining to macrophage-directed therapies. He has co-founded three biotech companies pursuing drug development in oncology: ALX Oncology, DEM Biopharma, and Solu Therapeutics. He has also generated foundational intellectual property for Forty Seven, Inc. (acquired by Gilead), Bitterroot Bio, and Inograft. Dr. Weiskopf is a physician at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in the Department of Medical Oncology. He completed his medical training in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital and his oncology fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Dominik Glodzik

Dominik Glodzik's research focuses on applying statistical algorithms to understand, treat, and detect cancer early. He completed his PhD in Computational Biology and Machine Learning at the University of Edinburgh, followed by postdoctoral work at the Sanger Institute with Sir Mike Stratton and Serena Nik-Zainal, where he pioneered supervised machine learning methods to decode mutational processes in cancer genomes. His most widely used algorithm, HRDetect (Nature Medicine, 2017), identifies homologous recombination deficiency from genome sequencing data, expanding the population of patients eligible for targeted therapies. He was later recruited to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he led development of a cancer genome analysis platform and oversaw sequencing of the institution's first 100 cancer patient genomes, uncovering treatable genetic fusions in rare pediatric cancers. He is now faculty in the Pathology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Hadine Joffe, MD, MSc, is Chair and Psychiatrist-in-Chief of the Department of Psychiatry at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. She is the Founder and Director of the Women's Hormones and Aging Research Program housed within the BIDMC RHYME (Regulation of Hormones, Chronobiology, Mood and Sleep) Research Center, and a Research Affiliate at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and at Mass General Brigham, both at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Joffe is an internationally recognized clinical reproductive neuroscientist and academic psychiatry leader whose research has advanced understanding of depression and related neurocognitive symptoms in midlife women. Her research focuses on the mechanisms, course, and treatment of depression, insomnia, thermoregulatory symptoms, and fatigue in women navigating the menopause transition or undergoing breast cancer treatment. She has led NIH-funded studies continuously for over 26 years, including as Principal investigator on three R01s and a U54 Specialized Center of Research Excellence (SCORE) focused on midlife women's health. Her research has resulted in over 200 publications and has been recognized by the Thomas Clarkson Outstanding Clinical & Basic Science Research Award and the Vivian Pinn Award for Outstanding Research in Women's Health from The Health of Women National Society.
Dr. Joffe is a committed mentor, having supported the careers of over 100 investigators and clinicians. Her contributions have been recognized through the Harvard Medical School William Silen Lifetime Achievement in Mentoring Award and the Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry Stuart T. Hauser MD PhD Mentorship Award. Her leadership has been recognized through the Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) fellowship.

Dr. Giada Bianchi, MD, is Director of the Amyloidosis Program at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Director of the Amyloidosis Research Program at the Beth Israel Deaconess Cancer Center in Boston, MA. She is an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Bianchi earned her MD degree summa cum laude and Valedictorian of her class from Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan, Italy. She trained in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN and in Hematology-Oncology at DFCI/Partners.
The Bianchi lab investigates the role of proteostasis in determining plasma cell fate in both physiologic and pathologic states, aiming to identify vulnerabilities for drug development in patients with AL amyloidosis and multiple myeloma. In the clinic, Dr. Bianchi serves as Principal Investigator on a wide array of investigator-initiated and pharma-sponsor clinical trials for AL amyloidosis patients.
Dr. Bianchi is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Damon Runyon Physician Scientist Training Award, 2016; the Doris Duke Charitable Research Foundation Clinical Scientist Development Award, 2019, the American Society for Clinical Investigation Young Physician-Scientist Award, 2021, the American Society of Hematology Scholar Award, 2022 and the 2025 V Foundation Scholar grant.

Shadab A. Rahman, PhD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School, and Director of Sleep, Circadian and Behavioral Health Research in the Department of Psychiatry at BIDMC. He completed doctoral training in Physiology at the University of Toronto, postdoctoral training in Sleep Medicine at BWH/HMS, and an M.P.H. in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. His research program integrates mechanistic human sleep and circadian physiology with translational interventions to develop precision approaches in sleep and circadian medicine, healthy aging, and women's health aimed at improving clinical and functional outcomes.
