Abigail Fairweather

Abigail (Abby) Fairweather is the Human Resources Associate of Research and Education, supporting the Office of Student Engagement and Experience (OSEE) at Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH).

Abigail earned her degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025. Before joining BILH, she gained valuable experience working in a variety of roles across childcare and hospitality, developing strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills that she now brings to her role in higher education.

In her position with OSEE, Abigail plays a key role in student onboarding and supporting some of the office’s administrative operations. She also contributes student programming designed to engage and connect students across BILH. Her work helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for students participating in research and educational programs across the BILH system.

Abigail is passionate about creating a positive and efficient environment for students and colleagues alike, and she is excited to contribute to OSEE’s mission of supporting experiential education and student success.
