Reporting a Structured Research Student Program or Partnership

BILH Database for Student and Postdoctoral Research Programs

The BILH/BIDMC Office of Student Engagement and Experience (OSEE) has created a centralized database to track research student and postdoctoral programs and partnerships.

We are requesting your assistance in sharing any student or recruitment program partnerships that you currently support—whether for student/postdoc recruitment or structured research recruitment programs managed within your department or lab.

Why are we collecting this information? 

Submitting details about your current programs and partnerships: 

  • Maintains the scope of educational and experiential opportunities at BIDMC and across the BILH system  
  • Ensures that OSEE can provide appropriate support when needed, including administrative assistance and general program coordination 
  • Maintains compliance with federal regulations across all affiliated programs and partnerships 
  • Provides the ability to share student research opportunities across the BILH system

Please note: This database is intended for internal record-keeping purposes only. The OSEE will not provide oversight of your program unless explicitly requested.  Once the database is complete, we will make sure you will have access to the information.

For external partnerships, Ethan Selinger, Program Director, OSEE, will reach out directly and ask they provide up-to-date program information for our records. Ethan will stay in communication with these programs to track hires and ensure smooth onboarding and administrative support where applicable.
