Linde Family Institute for Primary Care: Mid-Career Fellowship

About the Linde Family Institute

The Linde Institute began thirteen years ago with a large gift from the Linde Family Foundation with a simple aim: to invest deeply in primary care leadership in order to create the most successful primary care network in the country. From that spark, the Linde Family Institute for Primary Care has grown into a nationally recognized hub for leadership development, innovation, and collaboration.

Our mission is to equip physician leaders with the skills, vision, and community needed to transform primary care. We do that by offering a variety of programs and grants, of which our flagship is the Linde Family Fellowship.  Founded and led by Dr. Eileen Reynolds, MD, MACP who currently chairs the Institute and is the Chief of the Division of General Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Koplow-Tullis Professor in General Medicine and Primary Care at Harvard Medical School (HMS), the Institute has expanded over the years and includes innovations grants funding, a bi-annual Innovations Conference, with additional programs coming for new and senior physicians.
