Primary Care Leadership Training
The Linde Fellowship Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) was funded by a generous gift from the Linde Family Foundation in 2013. The one-year fellowships are designed to support Early- and mid-career primary care physicians with leadership roles with the skills needed to become influential leaders in the primary care practices.
Is the Fellowship for you?

Length & Cadence: 1 year (Oct–Sept), ~20 hrs/month; 3–4 Fellows annually

Focus: Builds leadership competencies, develops innovation and change management skills, and strengthens a system-wide community of leaders

Example Components: Individual assessments with coaching, leadership workshops, peer learning groups, strategic practice-based project, capstone presentation to BILH leadership
Curriculum
The program curriculum includes four main components: feedback from self-assessments and a 360-degree skill inventory, a designated “coach,” didactic workshops led by leadership and medical management experts, and a project that each fellow will carry out in their home practice site.

Linde Family Innovation Grants Program
BILH primary care physicians and staff can access funding through the Linde Family Foundation to help them develop solutions that will enhance the patient care experience, improve population health and support the delivery of high-value care.
