A development program to prepare recommended early-career physicians and APPs to thrive at BILH by building organizational fluency, clinical effectiveness, and confident leadership. The program supports the transition from training to practice with real-world tools, relationships, and resources that improve patient and clinician outcomes.
The cohort of 12 – 18 participants will meet in person every other month for interactive and engaging workshops and presentations. The cohort will meet virtually each month with their mentors for mentoring sessions for a total of approximately 30 hours of programming between November 2026 – June 2027.
